For services:

ProDone guarantees quality workmanship. Should a mistake occur, we will:

1. Fix the alteration right away at no additional charge

If the alteration cannot be fixed:

1. Garments will be reimbursed as per the price paid on original receipt and ProDone will keep the garment.

2. In the absence of an original receipt, fees will be reimbursed to a fair, mutually agreed to value and ProDone will keep the garment.

For products:

All items must be returned within 30 days, unused, unopened, and with original receipt.

Reliable Products, if product is not performing properly must be returned directly to Reliable, information on packaging.
